How you start your morning, WILL determine your experiences.

The way you do one thing is the way you do everything? Does this sound familiar? You know, it’s annoying to hear, but you know it’s true. And, it starts the minute you open your eyes.
You know that us Ebabes go on and on about our morning routines and our Action Hours, but for GOOD reason! The way you start your day truly does determine your productivity, efficiency, wellbeing and mindset. If you cannot master the first two hours of your day the rest of your day is lost and will go downhill quickly.
How do you set yourself up to succeed then?
  1. Content – what you fill your mind with creates the mood and frequency for the day. Begin your day by listening to our meditations or podcasts or an audiobook that inspires you to be your best. Your brain and emotions are at zero when you wake in the morning and how you feed this space will and does determine your energy for the whole day.
  2. Calmness – don’t worry! Make a decision to be in trust and trust the timing and process. In everything mindset is everything and without a consistently calm mindset you will achieve very little.
  3. Consistency – without the ability to show up for yourself every day consistently you really will become frustrated quickly. Choose consistently above else and if today was hard then tomorrow is a new opportunity to try again.
You knew all of this before you even read this, your higher self always knows what you need and how you can thrive. You simply have to claim your worth and step into making these changes. To be the best version of yourself you have to place yourself as the most important person in your life. Until you do this, nothing will change.
Ok so, the quick version is – make yourself important, make good choices consistently and step into everything you are. OK got it! Let’s do this…
